PRODUCT FEATURES:

Our Corten Steel Water Block with Pump & LED Light creates a striking architectural focal point for any garden or landscape. Water gently bubbles from the central stainless steel fountain nozzle before cascading evenly down all four sides of the block into the concealed underground reservoir. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the flowing water after dark, creating an elegant display both day and night.

Manufactured from genuine 3 mm Corten weathering steel, the water block naturally develops its distinctive orange-brown protective patina over time. Unlike ordinary steel, Corten forms a stable rust layer that helps prevent further corrosion, providing exceptional durability with minimal maintenance.

The result is a contemporary water feature designed to age beautifully and provide years of reliable enjoyment outdoors.

• If desired, apply Owatrol Oil once the natural patina has fully developed to enhance the appearance of the weathered steel and help preserve its finish.

INSTALLATION & CARE:

• Unpack immediately after delivery to allow any trapped moisture to escape. Leaving the product wrapped may cause uneven weathering.

• Install the underground reservoir on a firm, level foundation before positioning the water block.

• Use clean water with a neutral pH (approximately pH 7) to help protect the Corten steel, preserve its natural protective patina and maintain the appearance of the water feature.

• Check the pump regularly and remove any leaves or debris that could restrict water flow.

• After cleaning the fountain nozzle, inspect the pump for blockages.

• Clean the water feature annually by rinsing away dirt with clean tap water.

• The electrical components are supplied with UK plug(s). For a permanent installation with concealed cabling, we recommend using a qualified electrician to hard-wire the system into the mains in accordance with electrical regulations.

• Installing near the coast? Corten steel performs best inland. If your property is within approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) of the coastline, salt-laden air can affect the formation of the protective patina. WINTER PROTECTION:

To help protect your water feature during freezing weather:

• Lower the water level to approximately 10 cm (4 inches) below the overflow opening.

• Ensure the pump remains fully submerged whenever it is operating.

• Disconnect the pump and LED lighting from the power supply whenever frost or freezing temperatures are expected.

• The water block is designed to remain outdoors all year. During prolonged freezing conditions, leave the water level below the overflow opening to allow for ice expansion and switch off the pump until temperatures rise above freezing.

• 5-year structural warranty on the Corten steel water table

• 2-year warranty on the supplied pump

• 1-year warranty on the integrated LED lighting

PLEASE NOTE:

• Products are supplied without their final rusted finish. The natural weathering process typically takes 4–5 months, depending on local conditions.

• Some rust run-off during the weathering process is completely normal.

• Modifying the product by drilling, grinding or making alterations outside the manufacturer's recommendations will invalidate the warranty.
