Due to the size and weight of some of the items we may use a kerbside pallet delivery service. The drivers maybe able to help you further than the kerb, but this is at their discretion.

If there are any delivery access or restriction issues please make us aware prior to delivery so we ensure the item is delivered on the appropriate vehicle.  

Deliveries are kerb-side and made by a one-manned delivery unit. It is essential that you make arrangements to safely off-load the goods when receiving the delivery. We recommend that only able bodied persons assist with delivery. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer is not present to receive the delivery a redelivery charge will apply. The amount will depend on the size of the order and courier used..

Delivery Surcharges for Non-Mainland Areas

Deliveries to locations outside of UK Mainland and Ireland—such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly—may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

Dates of delivery are estimates as quoted by Rust and Roast and are not to be considered as final deadlines. The mere lapse of a delivery time does not entitle the client to damages, termination for cause of the contract, or non-performance of any obligation on the part of the client arising from the contract or any connected contract. Rust and Roast will never be liable for any special, consequential, indirect or incidental loss, including but not limited to losses caused by delays, lost savings, loss of goodwill, etc., howsoever caused, regardless of the basis of liability.
