Turf & Lawn Seeding Topsoil 500ltrs

Rolawn Turf & Lawn Seeding Topsoil is a sandy, free flowing friable topsoil with added GroRight® Lawn Establishment Fertiliser, specially formulated to encourage turf or grass seed to get off to the best possible start. It is also easy to work with and spread, even when wet and will provide a stable, level base for laying turf or sowing lawn seed. 

• A mix of topsoil, sand and soil conditioners.

• Typically classed as a ‘Loamy Sand’.

• Screened to 20mm.

• Peat free.

• Contains GroRight® Lawn Establishment Fertiliser, specifically designed for laying turf and sowing seed.

• Free draining.

• Friable, even in wet conditions.

• Minimal stone content.

• Organic content typically 8%.

• Analysed to BS 3882:2015 as suitable for residential use.

• Convenient bulk bags minimise waste and mess and are easy to store.

This topsoil is designed for laying or seeding a new lawn. For top dressing, or levelling an existing lawn we recommend our Lawn Topdressing.

Delivery Information

As the Rolawn soil is delivered in 500 litre bags - which are both bulky in size and heavy - it is important to ensure you have suitable vehicular access before ordering to avoid disappointment and extra or failed delivery charges. Please take a moment to read through Rolawn's detailed Delivery Requirements Checklist and view their delivery terms and conditions below - failure to do so could result in extra delivery charges. There will be a minimum charge of £30 per pallet for any failed deliveries. 

• Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only

• Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

• Rolawn bulk bags and pallets are 'non-returnable'

• The delivery vehicle measures  11m (36ft) long  2.5m (8ft) wide 4.6m (15ft) high. The delivery driver will have a pallet truck on his vehicle to unload your order. Unfortunately pallet trucks can only operate on tarmac, concrete and paved areas, which need to be level and clear of obstructions, they are not able to be operated on gravel drives.

• If ordering multiple bags, the bags will be double stacked when delivered

• If delivery questions are not answered correctly and delivery is attempted but fails, extra delivery or failed delivery charges will be incurred

• Orders are despatched directly from Rolawn. You will be contacted directly by Rolawn by email to arrange your delivery which will be made between 7am-6pm Monday/Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
